A rocking day with Roshi and Rafael in Laguna!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to Laguna Beach and shooting Roshi & Rafael's engagement session.  From the first day that I met this couple I realized that their love was sweet and contagious.  These two were so comfortable in front of the camera and loved to make each other laugh.  We ended the day down by the water where all three of us ended up getting wet from the waves hitting the rocks.  We were wet but we had a blast.  Thank you Roshi & Rafael.

Katie & Chris @ El Adobe in San Juan!

This past weekend I was in San Juan to shoot Katie and Chris's wedding at El Adobe!  I have know Katie since high-school and her brother Will has been a great friend of mine for a long time.  It was so great to be a part of this wedding and also it was the first wedding that I shot my new Leica at.  So once I get the film processed I will be posting those images online.  I hope you enjoy and have a great time in Jamaica you two!

A New action, Sneak Peak from Sat. Wedding and new comments! Phew!

Ok, I have added a new posting ability to my site that I am so stoked about!  I also wanted to give you a sneak peak at a shot of groomsmen from Saturday's wedding and show a new action that I have been working on.  A B/W with a slight toning and contrast to give a little old feeling to the image.  Please give me your thoughts.

Aperture 2 with Martin from Apple!

I have to thank Mike Colon for getting us all together to see the features of Aperture 2.  I have to admit that I loved Aperture when it first came out but I soon began to hate it.  It was way too slow and very counter intuitive.  The new version has made many improvements.  I am actually very excited to get the newer Aperture and make it a part of my work flow.  The speed and agility is amazing in and of itself.  It is also much better at photo editing, making it much easier to get my images to my clients faster and better looking.  Thank you Mike and Martin for your time.

New toys for me means new porducts for my clients!

Ok, I am so excited to share that I got my new Leica film camera.  This means that I will soon start to offer an album that is 20 images shot from my Leica at your wedding.  For all of you that appreciate film and the art of Leica then this will be an album for you.  It will be in all B/W and consist of a story told with these images that we talk about prior to your wedding day.  I am really excited about this new project, let me know what you think!

Dan & Renee in Pasadena!

On Saturday I headed down to L.A to shoot Dan and Renée's wedding.  It was such a gorgeous church and it was the same church that Renée's parents got married at.  These were so sweet and so emotional as they saw each other down the Isle.  We even got into a little trouble shooting at the city hall where we got escorted out by the police, how fun!  I hope you enjoy all these pics and thank you Dan and Renée, enjoy your honeymoon!

Karissa & Mike in L.A

I can not tell how excited I am to post these photos!  Karissa and Mike booked me about a year ago and were two people who really believed in my art!  It was so much fun to shoot these two in L.A.   They were up for anything I wanted and let me do whatever I wanted.  It was so nice getting to know you both.  I hope you enjoy!
